Kevin is an award-winning landscape architect and director of Robert Bray Associates.
He is regarded as a leader in the field of sustainable, climate resilient and healthy landscapes that integrate rainwater management through the use of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) both in the UK and abroad.
He is invited to present at conferences at home and in Europe, and is a guest-lecturer at universities in the UK and the Czech Republic. He has authored a number of SuDS guides for local authorities and water companies to encourage and inform good design, and delivers expert training both directly and through CIRIA. He is a member of the UDL Design Review Panel and sits on industry steering groups.
His studio works on a diverse range of projects in all sectors and with clients ranging from environmental charities and NGOs to councils and commercial companies.
People and environment are at the heart of Kevin’s work, with creative engagement activities identifying community needs, and sustainable, resilient, water-sensitive designs responding directly to these needs to create meaningful, vibrant, biodiverse and valued places that support healthy and cohesive communities.
