Dr Khan is an NHS GP and global public health professional with expertise in health systems, digital health and innovation.

He is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and has a keen interest in the role of the built environment, design and emerging technologies to improve population health. In recent years, he has led several projects for the World Health Organization on strengthening primary healthcare, working with a range of international organisations and global stakeholders. In addition, he leads the clinical delivery for a digital start up aiming to improve rare disease diagnosis in the UK.Dr Khan obtained his medical degree with Honours from the University of Leeds in 2010 and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He holds a Masters in Public Health with Distinction from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. In 2021, he was appointed as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Medical School.
