Areas of Expertise

I worked at Circle 33 Housing Trust as a client and established an in-house design team with a £45 million annual development programme working with Local Authorities. In 1994 I established multi-award winning Wright & Wright, a studio of 25 staff. Our work is new build and refurb, often on highly sensitive historic sites, e.g. the new build, nine storey Archive of the Church of England in the garden of Lambeth Palace and the remodelling and extension of the Museum of the Home (ex Geffrye Museum).

My work ranges from masterplans to supervising detailed construction on site. It is mainly in higher education, museums, libraries, theatres and special needs projects. I have completed a number of net zero carbon buildings and have worked to passivHaus standards. Projects include: the AA, British Academy, British Museum, Corpus Christi Colleges Oxford & Cambridge, Hull Truck Theatre, Magdalen College Oxford, National Gallery, Pallant House, Royal Academy of Engineering, Royal Society of Antiquaries of London, RIBA and V&A Museum.
