PLEASE NOTE: In order to use this product you should already have and be familiar with Adobe Photoshop (desktop version) or a similar program. For listings that include Photoshop Actions, these Actions will only work with the English language Photoshop CC.

By purchasing this product you agree that you have read and will adhere to the following:

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE BASIC LICENSE:
a. Take your own, in-person photos to add to the backdrop (composite edit)
b. Distance editing is allowed for public health reasons ONLY for people in your local area (people who would have come to you in-person).
d. For your own, personal use. 
e. You may print a physical backdrop for your own studio only.
f. You may create ads for your own business and local editing (not distance editing). 
g. You can post your own versions of work on the backdrop onto your social media accounts. A link-back is always appreciated 🙂


THE BASIC LICENSE CANNOT BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING (you need a commercial license)
a. Making your own stock with the whole, or a part, of the backdrop/overlay.
b. Any digital or physical products for sale or giveaway/donation (digital cards, printed cards, mugs, canvases, calendars, physical backdrops, etc.)
c. Any distance editing, for-profit, or for free.
d. Creating ads for distance editing
e. Digital paid advertisements beyond your local area (ex. Facebook ads, Google ads). 
f. Native apps, web apps, or games. 
g. Magazines, book covers, album covers. etc. 
h. Posting to free or paid stock sites.
i. Using the work in any Facebook/private editing group. 

Violators of any of these rules will be prosecuted. 

Because of the nature of this product, refunds are not available after purchase.
